Using ClawBill
ClawBill helps you create, manage, preview, share, print, export, and back up invoices and related business records. You agree to use the app only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not violate applicable laws, third-party rights, Google Play rules, or these terms.
Your data and responsibility
You control the business data you enter into ClawBill, including company details, client records, catalog items, invoices, payments, notes, logos, signatures, bank details, exports, and backups. You are responsible for checking that this information is accurate before sending, printing, filing, or relying on it.
When you share PDFs, exports, backups, or other files through another app or service, that destination app or service is responsible for how it handles the data after you send it there.
No tax, legal, or accounting advice
ClawBill may help calculate totals, payment status, due amounts, discounts, and user-defined taxes. The app does not provide tax compliance, accounting, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for confirming invoice formats, tax rates, payment terms, business records, and legal requirements with a qualified professional where needed.
Free and Pro features
Some features may be free and others may require a ClawBill Pro subscription. Feature availability, limits, trial offers, and prices may change over time. The app may show contextual upgrade screens when a feature requires Pro access.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
ClawBill Pro subscriptions are sold through Google Play Billing. Google Play handles payment processing, renewals, cancellation, receipts, taxes charged by Google, refund eligibility, and payment method details. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- If a free trial is offered, Google Play will show the trial length and renewal terms before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions from Google Play account settings.
- Refund requests are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.
App availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or remove features to improve ClawBill, fix issues, comply with platform requirements, or adjust the product. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Backups and exports
ClawBill may provide export, backup, restore, PDF, sharing, and printing features. You are responsible for keeping your own backups and checking that exported or restored data is correct. Restoring from a backup may replace local data.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse ClawBill, attempt to bypass paid feature access, interfere with Google Play Billing, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, use the app to create fraudulent records, or use the app in a way that harms other people or systems.
Intellectual property
ClawBill, its design, branding, code, text, and related materials belong to Crabmind or its licensors. You keep your rights in the business data and content you enter into the app.
Disclaimers
ClawBill is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the app will meet every business, tax, accounting, legal, or compliance requirement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Crabmind is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or invoice/payment disputes arising from your use of ClawBill.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how ClawBill handles app, website, analytics, crash reporting, subscription, backup, and support-related data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ClawBill changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ClawBill after changes means you accept the updated terms.
